See your PCP: If indeed Blood sugar is very low around 30 then this is likely cause of episodes but needs further investigation.

I agree that you need medical evaluation. Unless you are on a medication for diabetes that can cause low sugars, it is very unlikely that these symptoms are related to a low sugar. Feeling like your sugar is low is not the same as having a test showing that your sugar is low.
