Unlikely: Red raised skin lumps are typically benign angiomas or hemangiomas. They are not likelty to be canceous unless you noticed them to be getting bigger in size or bleeding or changing color. We worry a lot more if they are brown or black in color where there is some concern about melanoma arising from a mole. But that is not the case with red moles.
