Possible: Skin cancers are not age restricted. Get that mole evaluated by a dermatologist.

Skin cancer: It is uncommon but not unheard of. Melanoma is one of the cancers that can occur in children. Most likely it is an irregular mole. Have your doctor or dermatologist check it.
