Anxiety: Commend yourself for not having Anxiety Attack. It seems that you are not allowing anxiety to overwhelm you, or becoming helpless. Anxiety can be due to stress in relationships, work or finances. Breathing and Music Relaxation, Visual Imagery, Meditation, Yoga and Tai Chi are very beneficial for anxiety See Psychiatrist for Therapy and Medication if needed.

No attacks needed: One can have occasional or chronic anxiety without "attacks." Anxiety can be genetic, related to stress or have physiological causes like low magnesium, B vitamin deficiency or thyroid imbalances. See a good doctor for evaluation. Consider counseling. Take a good multivit. with the L-5-MTHF from of folate (folic acid). Try magnesium. Meditation and exercise usually help,also herbs like Holy Basil and Rhodiola.

Various degrees...: Anxiety can show itself in various forms and to a variety of degrees. Mild anxiety is not necessarily a bad thing, especially if it is temporary and in response to a direct stimulus. Moderate to severe anxiety that is consistent and not in response to some identifiable trigger is more problematic regardless of whether you have an "attack." If this is you...consult with your doctor.
