What's in the water.: The issue seems to be when chlorine reacts with other chemicals that are found in the pool water. These reactants include body oils, sweat and urine, to name a few. The end result are byproducts that can potential cause harm when found in higher concentrations, such as pool water. So ask yourself, how many people pee in the water? Studies are still going on showing mixed results.
