I got bleach on my fingers, it was about a couple inches deep. i washed my hands 3x with lots of soap. my hands were raw red/dry and i didnt rinse much between washes also very strong chlorine inhaled for 1.5hrs. can this cause cancer? skin absorb?

The was completely harmless. A brief rinse with water is all that was needed; the vigorous soap washing might have been more damaging than the bleach was. The amount of chlorine fumes inhaled in this situation also isn't harmful.
