Vulvodynia: You can try a few more things. Vitamin a;d ointment combined with petrolatum (vaseline) could help. You can also try Hydrocortisone over the counter in an ointment form. Do not use the cream form as it contains alcohol. In terms of rx, your doc can give you a prescription for an estrogen topical medication which may help.
