Hello. : Hello. Can't state that the chlorinated water will make your sinuses worse, but there is a strong possibility that could occur. The chlorine levels at places like camps can be high (higher than your home pool). Just like your eyes can become red when you swim in chlorinated water, it can also irritate other tissue that is sensitive. The chlorine can inflame and worsen sinus problems.
