Will swimming in chlorinated water make my chronic sinusitis worse? during the summer months i work with kids at camp. my condition has gotten better but i fear that the chlorine in the water will cause symptoms to reoccur.

The chlorine levels at places like camps can be high (higher than your home pool). Just like your eyes can become red when you swim in chlorinated water, it can also irritate other tissue that is sensitive. The chlorine can inflame and worsen sinus problems.
