Porokeratosis : Clogged sweat glands can cause tiny circular calluses on the bottom of the foot. Usually occurs in areas of high pressure such as under the ball of the 2nd and 5th metatarsal heads. Treatment includes trimming callus and moisturizer such as urea 40%. If pain persists it can be excised but may require sutures.

Sweat: Sweat glands don't become clogged generally. I would see a dermattologist.

Porokeratosis: A sweat gland can become clogged causing a painful bump on the foot that looks possibly like a wart or a intractable plantar keratosis. It usually only effects one gland not a whole area of your foot.
