Exercise Cramps: I commend you for your desire for Good Health. Feel good about Eating healthy. Being out of shape was likely due to your involvement in work and home bound life. You made the right decision to exercise. Being out of shape and then running every day is likely reason for cramps. Take rest. If cramps continue, see Physician for Diagnosis and Treatment. Do stretches, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Meditation.
