You need: A supplement of magnesium and probably calcium. Dump sugar.

Dehydration: Check your urine daily.If it is clear or light yellow (transluscent) then you are probably pretty well hydrated. If it is darker , cloudy, or you only urinate 2-3 times a day, you are likely slightly to greatly dehydrated. Sluggishness , irritability, cramping can all be symptoms of this. If increasing your water intake does not relieve symptoms, see your md for blood testing. Chemistry may be off.
