Actually, for some: Sadness is easier to deal with than anger. It very much depends on the individual. A simple difference that was more pronounced perhaps in the past - is women (sad) vs men (mad). We all can experience any of the negative feelings, but usually some are way harder than others for each person. You may know 'why' sad is hard for you. Perhaps it brings along helpless, hopeless or frightened feelings.
