Microscopic fleas(babys) all over my body, tryed everything ,i need meditation to kill from the inside?

Fleas: Have a pet? They may be the source,treat them. Also check the carpeting as may have become infested. May need a professional company. f/u /with veterinarian for pets and advice and with doc.
