Start w/ dental exam: Sounds very unpleasant, but hopefully you can get to the bottom of this. The most common cause of pain like you're describing is dental pain, so you should start with seeing your dentist. If your dental exam is normal or if dental treatments don't help, then feel free to be in touch with me on HealthTap or another neurologist or dentist who focuses on headache and/or facial pain.

Symptoms: You may have one or more dental problems that are causing all your symptoms or a medical issue as well. Start by seeing a dentist to evaluate you, determine the cause(s) and render the appropriate treatment. He\she can also refer you to another health care professional if necessary. This requires a one on one personal evaluation and cannot be diagnosed and treated over the internet.

Doesn't matter: Doesn't matter how many replies you get. We're all going to say the same thing. You probably have dental issues that require immediate attention. You may also have a coincidental medical issue. But the first place to start is with a Dental Examination. Please call your Dentist ASAP.
