i had a composit filling come out and i have not had it fixed and now i have a slight numbness on the right side of my face can this be caused by the tooth ?

Possible: You may be getting an abcessed tooth or infection. Sometimes swelling from an infected tooth can cause a feeling of numbness. See your dentist asap.
