Diet and exercise: Eat a diet low in animal fat (red meat, pork) and high in plants, beans, fish. Exercise daily, including at least30minutes of aerobic exercise (walk, swim, bike...) try to get a good nights sleep regularly. Do not have more than 1 alcoholic drink a day, don't smoke.
