Possible myalgias: Succinylcholine can cause myalgias ( muscle pain) though more in well built muscular young individuals so it's possible but have ur primary doc check u to make sure its not something else like flu / viral infection, potassium level, statin type cholesterol meds etc. Same goes for hot area ( i m guessing u mean it feels hot) - clot possible but less likely. Could be other reasons. Doc shud check u
