Tachycardia: You need to see your Dr to get an E K G , a cardiaciologist may do an ecocardiogram to determine the diagnosis . Good luck.

Tachycardia: Additionallly, you really need to be wearing a monitor to records a strip of your rhythm when your heart rate is 140. Most fast heart rates are not dangerous, however it is very important to get to the bottom of the diagnosis.
