Its on the label: For lactation, colace has on its label: use with caution. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) has on its label: probably safe. Senna has on its label. Probably safe. The reason its written like this is that there are no actual human studies on those medications, the reason is that they didnt need to do studies because no major adverse effects were reported. For specifics, contact your obstetrician.
