I have a spur on my neck that is causing arm pain, what should i do?

Neck spur: Therapy, exercise, improving core muscles and body mechanics all can help alleviate the mechanical stress that leads to the breakdown of the disc and spur. If that doesn't work, it is a mechanical problem, only amenable to a mechanical solution, ie. Surgery.

Start treatment: The spur cannot be cured but the symptoms it produces can. I would start with nsaids or a tapering course of Prednisone followed by physical therapy.
