Various: 32yo female has shoulder/neck myalgia and "shaking arms & legs"; all absent trauma. A general medical examination and a Neurologist's evaluation are indicated. If there are no distinctive findings, fibromyalgia becomes a consideration, and then a Rheumatologist might be consulted.
