Not A Concern: If you voluntarily consent to treatment no one can "force" you to take medication - this is only a possibility if a person is assessed as being in such a dangerous state that treatment is necessary, and in that case there would be a legal proceeding to protect the person's rights. Are you worried about the effect of STD's (mentions them in the "Conditions" section of your question)? Sounds like you might have significant anxiety...
