Black Scab-bath....: Depending on the technique, a skin scrapping can cause slight bleeding in the scrapped area. This may later show up as a blackened scab. Leave it alone and let the underlying tissue heal uninterrupted. If you have questions, you can a always consult with the dermatologist who did the scrapping.
