Not uncmmon: When destroying the wart, often surrounding healthy tissue is injured. It will heal, although you may have some persistent skin changes for a while. Leave the scab alone. Your skin doesn't need more injury! Often, the common wart needs more than one treatment to completely resolve. Once the area has healed, if there is still residual wart, schedule another treatment.
