Possibilities: Transmitted heart sounds can be very benign and are not necessarily signs of any dangerous disorder. Am not clear as to why you ponder "hydrocephalus"? Is there a family member afflicted? Have you contacted your personal physician yet? A direct examination could be highly reassuring. You do not mention pain, but could you be having some initial migraine problems?

Time for a checkup. : Please see your doctor. Throbbing sensation may be due to high blood pressure. Even though you're young, there is still a chance to have hypertension. Go get checked out.
