I would want to know if MRI was of brain or neck or both? If just brain then MRI of neck (cervical spine) could be considered after a thorough neurological evaluation, but with the dizziness, etc a thorough ear exam woukd also be important . If these are normal perhaps an injection/nerve block of the painful are might help
