Yes!: Migralief is a multivitamin for migraine prevention. Cheaper is magnesium 400mg a day and riboflavin 200mg twice a day. Good luck!

Multivitamins are not needed for anyone on a regular diet in America. Only a severely restricted diet will be benefited. Magnesium is often recommended for people with migraine headache and low magnesium blood levels. Taking too much can lead to bowel problems and possible heart arrhythmia leading to death or coma. Have yourself tested for low magnesium levels, and only take magnesium if needed.

A standard multivitamin would have NO value in preventing migraine, but as mentioned magnesium supplements may help, especially if blood levels are low. Riboflavin (B-2) at 250 BID works on occasion and could be of value. Have found butterbur, feverfew, and CoQ-10 to help many patients.
