Vasograin & migraine: The initial treatment for moderate to severe migraine headaches focuses on preventative and abortive therapy. Your profile indicate you are taking vasograin (ergotamine). This agent may be effective in treatment of migraine headaches but it is not usually part of the initial therapy. Consider discussing treatment with triptan class of medications.
