Yes,: if no light/noise sensitivity than nausea and/or vomiting must be present. Headache has to be throbbing, unilateral and aggravated by routine physical activity. The migraine attack must lasting 4 to 72 hours. This is the definition of the migraine. Hope it makes sense.
