Not usually: So you cannot diagnoses endometriosis on exam . it takes some type of surgical procedure to look at tissue. One might examine you and suspect it as a possibility. Endo itself does not cause miscarriage. IF your ovaries showed early aging as a result of endo it is possible. Likely you have the same risk as anyone else

Probably not: Endometriosis diagnosed by physical exam is presumptuous unless seen and documented by laparoscopic exam. That being said, the temporary "cure" for endometriosis in the past was a period of cessation at pregnancy which prevented the disease from progressing during that time. Miscarriage is unlikely from endometriosis and if it occurs, is more likely due to genetic abnormalities & incompatibilities
