Monitor Free T3: With Hashimoto's your level of thyroid hormones can increase and decrease and your medication may require require frequent adjustments. Measuring your level of Free T3 is much more important than TSH; I would try to keep your Free T3 in the upper half of the normal range. But the odds are good you will have a healthy baby. I recommend the book the Hashimoto's Protoccol by Isabella Wentz.
