Do a test: If you are having unprotected intercourse you could be pregnant. You don't mention your period or what makes you think you could be pregnant or have a recurrence of the endometriosis so it's hard to say more. Check a pregnancy test and, if it is negative and your period hasn't started, repeat it in 3-5 days. Hope this helps.
