Dystro calcificn: hello~ this means that there is some unusual calcification in the paraspinal soft tissue ie; calcification in the soft tissue, that surrounds the inter-vertebral spinal facet joints, and it accompanies arthritis in these joints, and usually shows significant wear and tear, or post operative changes in the joints. It can be pain free too. thanks
