Ct report?: I presume this is on a ct report or mri. It means the adenoid tissue in nasopharyngeal area and tonsil and/or base of tongue tissue is enlarged or prominent. It is a description of findings but not really anything unusual. The lymph nodes are slightly enlarged in the front (anterior) and back(posterior) drainage pathways in the neck.
