Reactive: Eosinophilia, for a reason, being allergic, absolute count is bit high, but not more than 600 cells/cubic ml, the cut off point to be considered as eosinophilic disorder (not in your case). Don't worry, follow up with your doctor, ? will need to repeat the count later and treat his allergies if symptomatic, best wishes
