Many poses help: Yoga in general is great for upper body stretches. Try going you beginner yoga class. You could also start with sun salutations. Others poses that may be good for upper back tension include down dog, child's pose, twists ( standing and seating), cat/core stretch., cobra, locust, bridge. Make sure you adjust your posture at work.
