Dyastolic hypertatio: Your diastolic BP in one point in time was 70 mm Hg. What was before, afterwards, . What is your normal BP, probably you have a chart, are you on medications? With one value, as you provided, I have no way to advise you. Please take your BP daily x 3, for a week, and come back, and provide the meds you are on.
