What meds?: What medicines are you taking? Acetaminophen and ibuprofen are usually a good place to start. If you have had 6 migraines in the past week, you need to see your doctor for an evaluation.

The most likely: Explanation is the simplest, worsening migraine due to hormones at your age. BUT migraine with sudden change in frequency and severity of headaches needs a prompt evaluation to exclude other issues. Call your neurologist, they will want to know this is happening. If you have a fever with this, go to the ER straight away. If no fever but still severe HA for this long you need eval and different tx.
