A member asked:

Both heals go numb while driving for long periods of time. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Heel numbness: If this is the only time heel numbness occurs it may be positional and/or due to prolonged pressure on the heels. If the numbness quickly resolves as soon as you get out of the car and ambulate, it most likely isn't a serious problem. Perhaps even the type of footwear you use could contribute to the situation. See your physician if you still have concerns..
