Suspect infection: It may be old infections since there is calcification. You did not sya where you a re form but certain fungus infections are in certain parts of the country. The insert picture can suggest Arizona and we think of coccidiomycos. It you lived in the Ohio -Mississippi river valley we woudl consider histoplasmosis. What did your physicians tell you?
