Question? Diagnosis?: Not sure of your question, but I surmise you want a diagnosis (you want to know what this IS). Without symptoms & physical exam (pictures), it is impossible to know. Even knowing symptoms & appearance, sometimes the ultrasound is not definitive enough to give a diagnosis. See a surgeon for a biopsy; this may be a lipoma (benign fatty growth) or a lymphoma (benign or malignant, both types exist).
