I paid 49 dollars this morning for question-does stage4 cirrhosis cause portal lymph nodes to swell in main portal vein and pancreas and splenic hilum?

Portal hypertension: and swelling is a result of impaired venous return due to cirrhosis. Lymph node swelling could be due to concurrent conditions that can effect lymph nodes. Virus? Cancer?
