I am an ultrasound tech.Enlarged unilateral cervical lymph node for 2 years. No normal hilum. Slight increase in size. Could it possibly be lymphoma?
My 3 year old son has a palpable cervical lymph node which measures 136mm with intact hilum got neck ultrasound done which reveals few intraparotid lymph nodes on left side with largest 5mm,thyroid and submandibular and right parotid glands normal.
Ultrasound finds benign axillary lymph nodes with intact hilum bilateraly,largest 1.3cm on right 0.8 cm on left ,one 5mm fibroidenoma in both breasts.
Ultrasound of groin showed non-enlarged but rounded left inguinal lymph nodes that measure up to 5mm in the short axis with prominent internal hypervascularity and near complete loss of the fatty hilum when compared to other side. Sound malignant?
