See a Dentist: Mouth wash will not cure an infection, and you may have an infected (abscessed) tooth. See a Dentist or a root canal specialist, an Endodontist. You need physical dental treatment, not potions, lotions, pills, or poultices. SEE A DENTIST, the best one you can find. Look for quality care, not bargains.

Irritation: Your gum is irritated by a foreign object (food or bacteria). This may be due to decay, open margins on the crown, calculus buildup, or even periodontal pocketing. Let a dentist take a look... mouthwashes most likely will not help you.

Triphala: See your Dentist and consider massaging your gums twice a day with Triphala powder.
