I noticed a brown spot under my tooth and then saw it on my gum line i brush everyday and mouth wash..is this something to get checked right away?

Yes: Gum line cavities don't have to go very deep before penetrating the nerve (which is large in this area of the tooth). Get this taken care of while smaller to save the tooth from a root canal therapy or extraction.

Brown Spots: Could be a range of things. Decay, decalcification which can be a precursor to decay, stain, fluorosis, etc. See a dentist to evaluate and treat if needed, which may involve treating the areas as well as prevention.Don't let it get worse if it is decay.
