A Brisk Pace: is best for overall health as long as your doc says your health is ok for that. Just a bit faster than normal walking will do it. Listening to something on an mp3 player or iPod helps w/boredom. Quiet is good too if it doesn't become and excuse to stop exercising. Peace and good health.
