Six year old on azithromycin for throat infection since fri. pain not bad but fever remains (102-103, does respond to ibuprofen). cause for concern?

If the azithromycin: isn't helping, it's most likely viral in origin, in which case no antibiotic will help. However, I would recommend contacting her doctor who may want to re-check her to make sure there isn't an abscess or mono.
