My tonsils are red and swollen i dont have strep came back negative but i have white pus pocket on the back of my throat and i have very high fever they gave me azithromycin will it work im also taking tylenol and motrin?

Very unlikely : Many bacterial and viral causes of pharyngitis in a 7 yo with fever and pus on her tonsils, sounds more like EB virus (mononucleosis) rather than bacterial infection. Re-check with your doctor
