Nothing: Except for certain rare diseases such as growth hormone deficiency, your height is pretty much genetically determined (Not much taller than your tallest parent). No amount of protein is going to make you taller.( assuming that you are otherwise well nourished)

There is no natural: food or dietary supplement that can increase your height. Genetics (your parents etc.), early nutritional status and growth hormone levels are the major determinants of your adult height. If you're already past puberty, then you're already close to your final height. Nothing wrong with 5'7. Best wishes! Dr. Anne.
