Undergone endoscopy diagonsed with fundal and antral gastritis. i was earlier prescribed pantaprazole and itopride hcl for 2 months. no relief.

Depends main symptom: while gastritis can cause symptoms, would need to see if this is the main cause of YOUR symptoms, while considering many causes both of the stomach inflammation (e.g. rule out helicobacter infection, medications such as aspirin/ibuprofen, and even parasites if living in endemic areas, etc) as well as co-existing problems (gallstones, pancreatitis, etc) elsewhere.
